If you’ve never seen this little box before, you are sure to in the near future.  It’s called a QR CODE.  They are little “bar codes” that can be created and used to get more information about products, services and just about anything you want to pass on.  With over 5 BILLION users of mobile devices (and growing rapidly), QR CODES are just another tool to allow users of smart phones to capture information on their mobile phones and consume whatever information is of interest to them…. WHEN and HOW they want.

How does it work?  There are QR CODE Scanners that are APPS for smart phones; launch the application on your phone and scan the code…it’s that simple.  The information you retrieve can be a URL to a website (like the one below), or you can make a QR Code with contact information, a text, and e-mail address, etc.
